Muses of a forgotten summer

A stir in the winds,
ashen sky:
summer nightfall.

.................................

Dust on the door mat,
a scattered table:
departures.

...................................

Scattered clouds,
fainting sound of temple bells:
a summer evening quiet.

.....................................

A stir in the shadows
stabs the perfect quiet:
a lonely evening.

.......................................

Birds flutter across the grey sky,
a leaf surrenders to the wind:
an exile of summer.

...............................................

A dissolving sunset,
a tinge of stolen orange:
sparrows announce the summer.

....................................................

In the warm summer,
scent of rain:
anticipations bloom.

.....................................................

A bird painted on a grey sky,
cacophony on the streets:
a lost shadow.

.........................................

Where is home?
come plant my shadow,
my roots grow in emptiness.

..........................................

Crowded stations,
a couple sipping emptiness
between cups of coffee:
hibernations of a forgotten winter.
